Are you an experienced team leader with technical expertise and an interest in manufacturing?

We are looking for a Production Team Leader (Hands-On) to work a two-shift schedule for a client in the plastics processing industry.

Position

As an Assistant Team Leader, you are responsible for managing the production process within your shift.

You ensure that production runs safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.

In addition, you’ll support your team with technical issues and resolve problems on your own as much as possible.

Your duties include:

  • Managing, supervising, and motivating production employees;
  • Monitoring production planning and progress;
  • Identifying and resolving technical malfunctions;
  • Conducting quality checks;
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations;
  • Recording production data and details;
  • Training and mentoring new employees;
  • Actively contribute to improvements in the production process.
Job Requirements
  • MBO+ level of work and thinking, preferably in a technical field;
  • Experience in a production environment;
  • Technical knowledge and experience in troubleshooting;
  • Management experience or the ambition to lead a team;
  • Willingness to work a two-shift schedule;
  • Good communication skills and a hands-on approach.
