From temporary employee to permanent employee: we’re proud of that!
Match Support BV, located at Kapitein Rondairestraat 8, serves as a stepping stone for many employees toward a permanent contract with our clients.
We’ve noticed that, due to changes in the temporary staffing industry, an increasing number of employees placed with clients from our office on Kapitein Rondairestraat are now eligible for permanent contracts. Last year, that figure was 50%, and this year it’s already at 29% of the employees who have received a contract from their client.
We are extremely proud of that. ❤️
Because this demonstrates that we truly place employees (on a long-term basis) who are a good fit for our clients’ corporate culture and needs. At the same time, we help employees secure permanent positions in places where they feel at home.
And what’s perhaps even better: these employment relationships last. Both the client and the employee are happy and satisfied with the match that Match Support BV has made. That’s exactly why we do what we do.
