Our client in Tilburg specializes in the manufacture and customization of high-quality insulation materials.

To expand the team, we are looking for an experienced and independent employee with (technical) insight and a sense of customization.

Position

As an employee, you work on producing and processing custom insulation material. No day is the same: you combine production work with varied tasks, both in the workshop and sometimes on site.

Your duties include:

  • Working independently with machinery (e.g. CNC controlled machines)
  • Machining and tailoring of insulation materials
  • Thinking along about the execution and planning of your work
  • Occasionally bring or pick up materials from clients’ homes
  • Make minor repairs or adjustments as needed
  • Ensuring a neat and safe workplace
Job Requirements

We are looking for someone with (technical know-how) who likes to work independently and take responsibility for their work.

  • Has experience with machinery (preferably CNC or similar)
  • Can work independently and make decisions in your work
  • Preferably have experience with insulation materials (advantage, not a must)
  • Enjoys varied work and has a flexible attitude
  • Are practical, solution-oriented and reliable
  • Possesses a driver’s license B (useful in connection with occasional road trips)
  • You preferably speak Dutch, but good English is also welcome to apply
  • Own residential location
