Eso se basaba en una serie de conceptos que es obligatorio pagar: por ejemplo, salario por hora, ADV, dietas, horas extraordinarias, gastos de viaje, publicaciones peri\u00f3dicas, etc. <\/p><p>A partir de 2026, los trabajadores temporales tendr\u00e1n derecho a un paquete total de condiciones laborales <strong>igual o equivalente<\/strong> al de los trabajadores fijos. Para ello, el convenio colectivo distingue entre dos tipos de condiciones laborales: Condiciones de trabajo primarias y secundarias. <\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><u>Condiciones esenciales de empleo<\/u><\/strong>como salario, complementos, jornada laboral, descansos, vacaciones, horas extraordinarias e indemnizaciones.<\/li><li><strong><u>Prestaciones no esenciales<\/u><\/strong>como <strong>pensi\u00f3n<\/strong>, oportunidades de formaci\u00f3n, vacaciones adicionales o, por ejemplo, un coche de alquiler.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 cambiar\u00e1 pr\u00e1cticamente para ti?<\/p><ol><li>Desaparecen las tarifas fijas de reserva.<\/li><li>Los d\u00edas festivos y el r\u00e9gimen de vacaciones dependen de lo que se aplique en el cliente.<\/li><li>Los beneficios netos tambi\u00e9n deben incluirse en el c\u00e1lculo.<\/li><li>As\u00ed que todo se hace m\u00e1s personalizado.<\/li><li>Para un peque\u00f1o grupo de trabajadores temporales, el nuevo convenio colectivo puede suponer una reducci\u00f3n salarial.<\/li><\/ol><p>La <strong>pensi\u00f3n<\/strong> del STIPP se incrementar\u00e1 en 2026. As\u00ed que \u00e9sa es la pensi\u00f3n m\u00ednima que se aplicar\u00e1 a todos. <\/p><p>El empresario pagar\u00e1 m\u00e1s, pero t\u00fa como trabajador tambi\u00e9n pagar\u00e1s una cotizaci\u00f3n. La cotizaci\u00f3n total a la pensi\u00f3n ser\u00e1 del 23,4% en 2026. <\/p><p>El empresario paga el 15,9% y el trabajador el 7,5%.<\/p><p>A principios de enero, a m\u00e1s tardar, te informaremos exactamente de lo que va a cambiar para ti en el cliente.<\/p><p>Comprender\u00e1s que es mucho trabajo mapear la remuneraci\u00f3n \u00edntegra de todos los clientes y traducirla en un complemento bruto si no se puede pagar de forma individual.
